Hello,
Is there another way to clear the contents of a range of cells besides clearcontents? Running the macro using clearcontents make the sheet jump around and I'm looking for something cleaner.

I understand your situation. Also, if you use more than 3000 cells, probably your file will grow from 1 MB to 5.
The only choice I found, was to delete the worksheet or object and create another.
I don't know other option.
