for those who's been reading my query
this is the solution
u got to buy software development kit from the smart card manufacturer.
there u'll given visual basic and visual c++ for the hardware
if u dont want to buy ( quite expensive), u find the dll file (of course there are few dll files u find after installed the hardware) and try to read the content and
understand it. tough work guys.
better get the SDK.
