I've bought a book to learn C++, called C++ Black Book, and I find it rather good to learn C++ (Haven't read the whole book yet). It's all about C++ Console programming I think

Are you a C++ newbie, or do you know C++, but want a good book specifically for MSVCC?

What do you want to do with C++... a lot of books deal with console-based applications. You'll need to look for Windows books if you want to make windows GUI apps (exes or dlls)?

If you want to learn Visual C++ I highly recommend that you try to get a Visual C++ Starter Kit: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0672310953/qid=1124642773/sr=8-2/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i2_xgl14/102-0948420-8472122?v=glance&s=books&n=507846 The URL above is a starter kit for C++ 4.0 at Amazon. (CUrrently None Available) It includes a book, Visual C++ 4.0 and 1.52 FULL for about $15.00. Also Deitel's C++ How to Program is a very good. It helped me a lot. It ranges from about $60.00 - $100. It is expensive, but fully worth it.
