Saving Picture Boxes (Need lots of replies)

Okay. I know how to load and save pictures in a picturebox but when I use PSET, LINE, and CIRCLE to edit the picture it does not save the changes only the image from the Picture Property. What do I do to save changes such as lines and circle on a picture?
