I bought MS visual basic .net off the shelf. The framework, .net, and visual basic install fine on my laptop with xp but not on my desktop with Windows 2000.
I can live with only being able to install on the laptop, but I need the help files. The installation asks for the msdn disk. The package I bought does not include a msdn disk. The practice files disk has some .chi files which I suspect may be help files, but where do I put them? |
