One Must Fall:
A very old beat-em-up game that ran in DOS. Doesn't work in XP
though.

Favorite complex games:
Baldur's Gate Series
Most multiplayer RPGs
Serious Sam...the ultimate FPS if you ask me
Samurai Warriors/Dynasty Warriors for PS2
Favorite "simple" games:
Minesweeper
InkBall (Microsoft XP Tablet PC game)
Mainly I like co-op storyline stuff with alot of character expansion and skill based play. I'm still looking for the one game that allows you non class-based expansion and a multitude of items/weapons/armor. If I want to make a fighter that can shoot fireballs I should be able to. With enough time/effort you should be able to master every skill in the game. I'm not saying it has to be easy, but I hate having to choose one skill over another because I don't have skill points etc. Maybe I'm asking too much. ^_^
