Hello people

I had to make a little fax template for a company, but I'm stuck atm.

When you open the main template, it shows you a form where you can pick out one of your outlook contacts and select the type of template you want (it's just the lay-out that is different, for each department). Anyway, when you click merge, it opens the template and inserts the info from the outlook contact into the document.
Also it hides the %%[To: faxnumber] command. When you click fax, it is supposed to make the to command visible, enter the send command, and send the fax. Word actually makes contact with zetafax (if zetafax isn't running, it asks for it), but still the fax doesn't send.

I hope you guys can help me out here.
